GTB77VIP is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under international gaming licensing and targeted at adult players aged 21 and above. Our services include, but are not limited to, casino games (including live dealer games, slots, table games, and arcade games), sports betting (including pre-match and in-play wagering on football, Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, badminton, and other sporting events), and ancillary features such as loyalty programmes, bonuses, and promotions.

GTB77VIP provides services in English and caters specifically to players based in Malaysia, including residents of Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other Malaysian cities and states. All financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through integrated local payment channels.

These Terms apply to all versions of the GTB77VIP platform, including any mobile-optimised interfaces or future applications. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between GTB77VIP and each Member.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Membership on GTB77VIP is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. GTB77VIP strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to have been opened by individuals below this age will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdictional eligibility: You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
• One account per person: You may hold only one active GTB77VIP account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not fall within the definition of a Prohibited Person as set out in Section 2 (Definitions) of these Terms.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

To access the full functionality of GTB77VIP's services, you must register a Member account by completing the online registration process and providing all required information truthfully and accurately.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You will also be required to create a secure password. All information must match your official identity documents.

4.2 KYC Verification Process

GTB77VIP implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally accepted anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC may be triggered:

• Upon a Member's first withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds;
• When suspicious account activity is detected;
• At any time at GTB77VIP's discretion for compliance purposes.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) not older than 90 days, and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered e-wallet or bank account in the Member's name).

4.3 Account Approval

GTB77VIP reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account activation is at GTB77VIP's sole discretion. Submission of registration information does not constitute a guarantee of account approval.

As a Member, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. GTB77VIP strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Access your account only from trusted, personal devices;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you. GTB77VIP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate security practices.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify GTB77VIP's customer support team immediately via live chat or email. GTB77VIP may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

GTB77VIP supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating financial institutions), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at GTB77VIP's discretion without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. Typical minimums range from RM50 to RM100.
• GTB77VIP does not charge deposit fees. Any third-party processing fees are the responsibility of the Member's payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are subject to standard AML screening and may be delayed pending verification in unusual circumstances.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• GTB77VIP aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing time.
• GTB77VIP reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity warrants review.
• Withdrawals of funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative processing review.

GTB77VIP offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games typically contribute 10–20%; some game categories may contribute 0%. The specific contribution table applies per promotion.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or hand is typically MYR 250–500 (as stated in the relevant promotion). Placing bets above the stated maximum during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity window or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting) will expire and be automatically removed from the Member's account.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Where a maximum cash-out limit is stated for a particular bonus (e.g., RM500 on a free spin promotion), this cap applies regardless of the total winnings generated from that bonus.
• One Bonus Per Transaction: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: GTB77VIP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time with or without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already undertaken to Members who have accepted and partially completed the applicable wagering requirements.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

GTB77VIP employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets during bonus play, wagering on outcomes with near-certain results to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting system or pricing errors.

Where GTB77VIP determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, GTB77VIP reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and in serious or repeated cases, close the Member's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GTB77VIP platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. GTB77VIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit associated funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud GTB77VIP or other Members, including through chargebacks, misrepresentation, or document forgery;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access account features, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical fault, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or games;
• Third-party account use: Allowing a third party to operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party;
• VPN or proxy misuse: Using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location in a manner that violates these Terms;
• Threatening or abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication at GTB77VIP staff or other Members through any channel.

GTB77VIP is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. Gambling should be an entertaining activity conducted within means that each individual can afford to lose. It must not be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or escaping emotional distress.

9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all Members via account settings or by contacting GTB77VIP support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Specify the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. GTB77VIP will close your account and will not send marketing communications during the exclusion period.

9.2 Age Restriction

All content available on the GTB77VIP Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, game logic, visual designs, interface layouts, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and brand names — is owned by or licensed to GTB77VIP and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without express written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Platform software;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or brand assets;
• Use GTB77VIP trademarks or branding in any manner without prior written authorisation.

GTB77VIP's third-party game providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles, mechanics, and associated assets. Any unauthorised use of such content is subject to enforcement action by the respective rights holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GTB77VIP's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

GTB77VIP shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any of the following types of loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages;
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failure, or Force Majeure events;
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds or pricing where such inaccuracy was due to a manifest error (clearly erroneous pricing that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect);
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to maintain adequate security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits GTB77VIP's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

GTB77VIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from the Member's payment provider;
• Discovery that the Member is a Prohibited Person (as defined in Section 2);
• At the Member's own voluntary request (account closure).

Upon termination for cause, GTB77VIP reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in the Member's account. Real-money deposits net of any applicable deductions may be returned to the Member's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding investigations, subject to GTB77VIP's AML obligations.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting GTB77VIP's customer support team. Account closure requests for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GTB77VIP holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to GTB77VIP's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to first contact GTB77VIP's customer support team to seek an informal resolution before pursuing formal legal proceedings. GTB77VIP is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Malaysian Members should note that GTB77VIP does not represent that these services are legal or suitable for use in Malaysia, and the Platform is accessed at each Member's own risk and with their own independent legal assessment. GTB77VIP does not provide legal advice.

GTB77VIP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Reviewed" date. For material changes that significantly affect Members' rights or obligations, GTB77VIP will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or prominent in-platform notification.

Your continued use of GTB77VIP following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
